I am an indian and my girlfriend is from europe.we would like to marry in india. If she comes in a short term visiting visa can we marry soon.and what are the documents we needed for this marriage. will we get the marriage certificate soon? hope i wil get a reply soon.

You apply in sub-registrar office for register marriages.two wittnesses are required from both sides. It takes one month time.
