Marriage certificate query

I did register Marriage on 30th Nov 2012. but yet i have not got the marriage certificate.

can you please help with some suggestions from where i can get my marriage certificate.

though i have done the court marriage.

I got married in March 2015. My wife is bonafide resident of Mumbai while I am bonfide resident of Haryana. However we got married in Himachal Pradesh owing to Himachal being our ancestral place. Now I need to know from where should I get my marriage certificate. Also if I am applying online, which place should I select for registering for marriage certificate.
