Our apartment owner association is trying to fix a maintenance charge formula by
per square feet method or by Mixed approach (A+B) method for flats and landed house under WB apartment ownership act 1972.
But whether landed house can be charged in square feet basis as Landed house
plots owned by LH owner but the building located in the premises of us they also liable to pay land tax on their own.
