Dear colleagues,
My father has a house which is constructed ground floor and first floor. The house as been mortgaged to Cooperative Bank for loan. I would like to know, if lease deed can be made to the son for above the first floor which is vacant. Also can i get a loan for the lease deed. Please guide us.

yes. you may eneter into lease deed with the son. But loan against the lease deed could be in the form of Rental Discounting, which you need to check with your banker.
