LITIGATION and ITS EFFECTS

I am planning to buy a house in Bangalore which is constructed in BDA approved Layout... Assuming site is A khata .. Below are my worries before I go ahead. If someone gives me all the required info then I can go ahead with this one. 1.How to make sure that I will not get any litigation problem in future? 2. If any such cases comes what are the side effects ? Do we have to loose our property ? 3.if we have taken SBI loan.. and if any litigation problem comes do we still have to complete the loan and keep paying for the EMI ? as I assume SBI verifies before giving loan. Please reply.. as I am investing completely myself into this. Thank you so much in Advance..

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals.

It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.

Local terms are involved and LOCAL counsel can provide proper legal opinion.

The lender shall recover IT's good money lent to borrower.
