respected sir,
my grand father, retired employee present pensioner, my grand mother was expired 4 years back and my grand father didn't remarried until now.my grand father has adapted before my marriage that is on 2013.
presently I am going take divorce, due to some disputes between me and my husband.
now my query is that can I eligible for family pension after my grand father.kindly suggest for what formalities I need to full fill

First let your grandfather register your name as nominee, and let them respond , and you can yourself know the reasons for your ineligibility.

You are still to take divorce. Your may pray for change of pension rules to be eligible for family pension by that time when you are able to get divorce. You should be aware of the fact that even after your divorce, you will still remain as the divorcee grand daughter, not divorcee daughter of the retired employee.
