You are asking so many questions on free site of  LCI which is illegal. No reply.

What are the facts? What is the context?

Who are the respondents?

A legal notice can be withdrawn, but it's crucial to do it properly to avoid potential complications.

The sender can withdraw the notice, but they should formally notify the recipient and their advocate (if one was involved) of the withdrawal.

This helps maintain a clear legal record and prevents misunderstandings.

The sender (or their legal representative) should send a formal notice to the recipient stating the withdrawal of the original notice.

If the original notice was issued through an advocate, it's essential to inform the advocate about the withdrawal.

The withdrawal should be documented properly to create a clear record of the action.

A formal withdrawal prevents ambiguity about the sender's intentions
