Legal notice have been slapped to my client for repayment of Loan amount with interest,where as the amount of loan sanctioned is entirely different ie Rs.25000/-,but notice says it is Rs. 100000/-.
What is the legal remedy available for getting damages from the Bank.

There can be difference between Loan Sanctioned Amount and Loan Disbursed Amount. He may be factually correct. Or it is possible that the Advocate had given you the figure of Loan + Interest + charges + expenses.

You have to refute if the asertins are factually incorrect.
