Legal Compliance of a plant

Can any one write how should maintain master roll and all the employee/labour related registers to minimise the error or provide cost effective records maintain for a small plant infornt of labour office.

Dear Mr.Chakraborty,


To maintain master roll in a plant or factory is principly an internal matter of the management. However, only legal compliance is to be observed by the management is to adhere to the  format prescribed by the Labour Commissioner of the Region. Rest of the form of maintaining master roll depends upon the management what suits them better to keep a transparent records  of labour deployed and financial implications of the work carried out.
