Person A took a land on lease for 10 years from owner A1. Intakal of A's land has been done.after some time A came to know same land has been given to other person B but intakal was not done but B's lease deed was registered. Owner A1 took affidavit of surrender from B with notary registered and his original lease deed .after 2 years Now B wants a possession on that land. What should A do now?
