Learn court procedure

Dear all,

I just want to educate myself regarding procedure in Courts and how the arguments and cases are put forward. For this, I want to sit in Court rooms and watch the different case proceedings. My question is can I just sit in any court and observe the proceedings. Will any one raise any objection for my sitting with no work of mine in the court room?

You can not learn anything on sitting in the court room , you can learn court proceedings -1. do ll.b and gain the knowledge of law 2. do practice under any expert senior lawyer 3. do all basic legal work this will help you to improve your legal skills 4. do practice to draft all legal documents / petitions under the supervision of your senior 5. visit court in each and every hearing with your senior and watch him carefully .
