Do Landowner needs registration of flats even after giving POA to builder for development?
If landowner cancel the POA after selling all the flats belongs to builders on the percentage basis, then do landowner still required the registeration?
What are the best practice do you expert suggest?
The land owner has a registration on his name already hence he does not need fresh registration,he can execute a registered sale deed on this basis itself as the builder did.
