Land for sale

Hi,

would like to know,

there is a prime land for development belongs to a friend of mine, also

another friend of mine who is a developer is ready for development,

will a GPA is enough to proceed to buy a land for development?

question is: how i can proceed for a perfect Buying agreement with the seller and a perfect Developing agreement with a developer.

by keeping intact both the parties satisfaction.

GPA will not pass a good title now. Buy it only through a registered sale deed.

First you want to get agreement of sale then it should be regd.,

what if i can make only token amount now and balance upon installments.
