PCR FILED UNDER NI ACT SEC 138 WITHOUT BEING ISSUED LEGAL NOTICE TO ACCUSED IS MAINTAINABLE

Hi respected one and all, kindly help out with below mentions case
In 138 of N I Act case was transfered from one place to another mean while cheque is missing....we r for complainant...to rebuilt the document wt would be the procedure? based on this which provision need to check?
