Greetings!
I would like to know is it correct to join a Government job without tendering resignation to the previous private job? I dont know whether this was verified by Government authorities while joining the job,.What action could be taken against the person by the Private Organisation?

You should have to inform well before advance in time of your resignation whether it is private or govt.

But the concerned person has joined govt. service without tendering any proper resignation to the private job. To whom this is to be informed.
