I am indian citizen married 3.5 years before one Russian woman. She is currently working in New Delhi. he marriage has not been successfull and we are mutualy going for divorce in few days. As i aware once we got the divorvce, she must need to surrender her PIO and leave the country. As she has nice background of working in India already. She does not want to leave the country. My question is do Minisrty of Home Affair can grant her employee visa after divorce and get remain same here in India ? or there is any otehr alternative to stay in India.
I have read tajobindia replies which was up to satisfactory to contact him or any proffessional advocate in this feild adivce me and send teh contact because we are also looking forward for divorce.
