My wife has filed a false DV case against me and my family members. The court has granted Rs. 10,000/- per month as the interim maintenance. This ordered is challenged in the High Court and the High Court ordered to pay Rs. 1,00,000/- for interim maintenance and the case is still pending. I have filed divorce case against my wife. In that she has filed a petition for interim maintenance. Will the court allow the interim maintenance for this case also simultaneously ?
