inherited property from maternal uncle uttar pradesh muslim

My friends unmarried maternal uncle had a ancestral agricultural property which was inherted to A (maternal uncle living sister at the time his death other sister B and brother died before him and brother had only a married daughter no son and wife livng at that time) under UP zamindari abolition and land reforms act 171. After the death of A the agricultural land is inherited to A's 3 sons. Now B's son had file a suit for revert of the inherited land claim his share equally. Plz guide me whether B's son had a right to claim the share in property. With regards Sandeep kumar
