i want to quit my engineering

i am studying engineering 2nd year, i got accident before 4 months, now i want to quit my engineering, but they ask total 4 years fee, now what can I do?

You got an accident, Is any problem with the accident? What is the reason to quit? If you are really unfit to go to college, then obtain a medical certificate from the Superintendent of DHO of Medical of your district and submit it to the college to consider your case.
