I filed my divorce on 27 july 2019 but my wife filed ipc 498

I filed my divorce on 27 july 2018 but my wife filed IPC 498A against me and my family members after a month 31 january 2019.Is it possible to do so,if what will happen to my case.But it surely states that its a false case against me.

filing a divorce dosen't mean divorce granted.
after so long as mentioned above also maintainable in court.and about your case is that divorce filled is under civil procedure code but 498a is under criminal.
