I am a minor in rental agreement

as I had entered into a rental agreement as a minor ,at the time of eviction the lessor is claiming to deduct 2 months rent for not giving notice. Can I get protection from this under law . Please anyone enlighten me about this case

A minor can not enter into an agreement/contract, if entered it is void and illegal.

Prima facie it is an academic exercise/examination for which you should manage outside of this platform.
