How to issue summons who fled to us

Sir, A person accused for forgery and cheating has fled to the US. His relatives have been issued summons. We are not aware of his correct address in the US. How summons can be issued to him? Or can we obtain his address through his relatives who are co-accused? Is there such provision in the law? Regards. Thanking you.
