my name is vivek and iam a student.i live with my mom and sister and there are two instances in past where tenants living in our house were very irregular in paying rent and when we asked them to either pay rent or vacate the room they've threatened to file a case aganist us and finally one day this guy wants to vacate the house but didnt want to pay three months of rent and left without paying rent
now we are frightened to rent our house because of the mental tortue we've suffered
is there a way to avoid these kind of incidents,i mean are there any legal ways to tackle with bad tenants
can we make an agreement on bond papers with tenants that they would pay rent on time
