Sir,I have came across situation where there have been 15deaths(where the patient has been admitted and treated for 3-4Days) from one small hospital in span of 10days .I would like to instigate a case against the hospital,for the cause of deaths under the ground of suspicious of malicious activities in the hospital .is it practical possible to file a case ?if yes under which act and sections.
