This is regarding property owned by my grandmother and 6 daughters, recently they have filed injection order against my father, brother , myself, my sister and my inlaw (not against my mother) for the next one year.
The reason being we do not trust them and we went and asked them to say that we have equal rights in the property and the property documents have to be kept in a common place to all the 6 daughters for which they objected.
So now we are not supposed to go to that place , what is the order actually about and what effects does it have on us..... as per the law can my father clainm equal rights as my mother.....
Any suggestions on what can be done....
