My grand father (my mother's father) has 4 sons and one daughter ( my mother),now they are doing property division.they said to my mother we are not ready to giving any property to my mother.my questions are 1.they are want my mother's signature compulsory or not 2.and 1.5 acera land is on my grand ma's name, if my mother has completely right on this land or not

Which personal law applies in your case e.g; Hindu or are you all Hindu? Is your grandmother alive? Confirm!

In the meantime ask your mother not to sign on any document until or unless your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Civil matters and having successful track record….has advised you in person..
