Can any one help me out regarding Validity of roof rights on General power of attorney by Builder.
Is General power of attorney is valid doc for roof rights transfer by builder.
In future if authority permit construction on that floor, can i construct and sale the property constructed on that roof.

If PA holder transfer the roof to you then you will become the absolute owner of that roof, then by obtaining the eprmission you can construct the building.
