Framing of charges - 498a

Hello Experts and fighters,

I would be soon facing “Framing of charges” date in my 498A case. Could you please share your experience and things to be focus on , it would be of great help.

Do we have to be prepared for statements and other things on this date ?

Hello all,

Very soon we will have next date of 498A after framing of charges,Summons for Bitter half would be reching them soon..

Could you please tell me what would happen in next date when bitter half would be appearing on first time in 498A (face to face encounter :-) )?

My brother didnt have any chargesheet yet. Its been more than three months. He is on interim bail and applying for final bail in next week.....how are you so much confirmed that you will get the summon soon....:)..
