I gave a Burberry dress (Worth: Rs 35,000/- ) for dry cleaning to Four Seasons Drycleaners in GK-2, new delhi.
He has conveniently kept it. I have got the slip. He is not returning it and is saying that he has lost it. He is not ready to make any refund.
He is a thief. He knows the value of the dress. So he is not ready to return it.

File a complaint before District consumer Redressal Forum against Drycleaner for his defficient services and claim cost of Burberry dress alongwith compensation towards mental and physical agony.
