Can anyone tell me a format to be submitted at the Mumbai Family court to represent my case as party in person ?
I had a bitter experience with my previous 3 advocates so would like to run the case on my own.

I'd suggest hire a junior lawyer.

near court lot of junior lawyers will be there first youself draft it what all points you want to include in your petition then contact any junior lawyer or document writer will help to correct the petition and then submit
