Football and EU Politics: Was Mussolini more arrogant than Hitler?

Dominant fascist trends in Europe last century were most prevalent in Germany and Italy where Hitler and Mussolini showcased the modern fascism in war preparations and real wars. Second World War was possible because of these two nations, though the USA-UK terror twins effectively controlled the course of the entire war with important assistance from Soviet Union that had wanted to make Europe red.
The ongoing Euro2012 football tournament in Eastern Europe saw the collapse of many foot ball teams, including Germany which, maybe deliberately, lost to Italy in the semifinals by making both defenses and offensive weak.
But that is not end of the story. Euro result has been tactfully replayed in EU summit where Italy slapped Germany very crudely. Forced by Spain and Italy, Germany caved in to demands for less stringent bailouts and direct aid to banks after insisting for too long it would not make concessions. German chancellor Angela Merkel took a tough stance ahead of the EU summit, but, knowing the defeat of Germany at Euro 2012, Italy and Spain broke the will of the iron chancellor by out-negotiating her in the early hours of Friday morning.
Spain’s Monti emerged from the late-night negotiations as a clear victor, having broken Chancellor Angela Merkel's resistance just as Italian striker Mario Balotelli cracked the German defense on the pitch in Warsaw earlier in the evening. Mariano Rajoy secured easier access to the permanent euro-zone bailout fund, the European Stability Mechanism (ESM). Euro-zone member states which fulfil the budgetary rules laid down by the European Commission can now receive aid without agreeing to tough additional austerity measures. Strict oversight by the troika of the European Commission, European Central Bank (ECB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) would no longer apply. The ESM will also be allowed to provide direct aid to banks in the future, but only after a European banking supervision mechanism, under the auspices of the ECB, is established.
Italy's Monti, the winner of the evening, appeared at the Council building's exit. He gave a press conference on the way to the car -- and announced that he will travel to the European Championship football final in Kiev on 01 July Sunday.
Of course, it is a painfully unexpected defeat for Merkel. Mediterranean countries, for their part, can celebrate a breakthrough. With the German parliament set to approve the ESM and the fiscal pact on Friday evening, Merkel had been eager to avoid making concessions to the southern Europeans. Now, however, she will travel in defeat back to Berlin, where she is scheduled to address the German parliament in the afternoon.
In India cricketism trends generally dictate political processes and even outcomes. Many cricketers, cricket blackmoney financiers, international frauds sit in Parliament making law for the nation.
In Europe is foot ball that decides many issues. Defeat of Germany at the hands of Italy shows fascist Italy was stronger than fascist Mussolini.
Italy and Spain have defeated Merkel at EU Summit, but one has to wait and see what will happen between Italy and Spain in their joint front against Germany after the Euro foot ball finals on July 01 when both will clash to secure the title.
This explains why the nations fix tournaments, matches and cups and why mafias thrive so expansively.
The question, however, remains: was Mussolini stronger and more arrogant than Hitler?
