My father provided his land for constructing flats with a builder and he promised to pay some cash also to construct and deliver 500 sqft flat in ground floor including common area . But he delivered a flat for 300 sqft as the total land area is 2400 sqft plot and he constructed and sold six flats excluding this above said flat . It was delivered about 15 yrs ago .Now my father was deceased so how shall i proceed to get that flat rearranged as he promised in the agreement .Also his flat was not yet registered by the builder as he said that is not mandatory as he owned the entire property before the joint venture and he delayed providing the agreement copy to my father earlier when he was alive .Also he has registered a will after two years of joint venture as the builder has not kept his words as he promised . Will states that he left a 1200 sqft vacant land in that same place and he sold only half the place for flat construction .
So please help me with a resolution .
