Q) This question is regarding filing of Civil Writ Petition. What shall be place of filing it. In case of employment related, employer is in different state and employee resides in diiferent state. It is difficult for employee to keep tract of case in different state ?

In which state you are working for the co., that state has got jurisdiction to file writ.

i was working in uco bank gorwa vadodara as a assistant manager .but 17-07-2012 crime branch police inlegally lodge fir & arrest me & send under judicial custody. On datetd-27-10-2012 i was exit the judicial custody after granting of bail order from high court ahmedabad.but uco bank was issue a suspension letter on 17-07-2012 reason mention -48 hour you are in police custody so you are suspended.I want to know about if police are lodge false fir, can i filling writ petition in high court ahmedabad for quashing fir.
