farmer certificate (shetkari dakhala)

I purchased 2000 sq. Metre agricultural land in 4 partner in 2008. Means 500 sq. Mt. For each. That time my partner commit me with in 3 month they develop that land (NA) and sell me. But today he is not give me my possession. My 3 partner is brother of each other. They both are farmers but only i am not a farmer. Then pl z tell me what can i do in court
