employment bond

i am working in state govt psu in Rajasthan.it's have a probation period of 2 year.they have put a condition that if i leave job before 2 year i have to compensate salary received from them or 2lacs .for which they made a bond and i signed it on joining.one more bond from govt employees have been executed if i don't pay them on judicial stamp paper. now after 4 months i want to leave job,but don't want to pay salary because i heard that bonded labour is not allowed in india and as per constitution every person has right to work. please suggest me any way
