Eligibility Criteria to contest in Gated Community Elections

Hi Sir,

In T&C rules, we put below rule:

If Villa Owner name present in SALE DEED document he is allowed to contest. If it's a joint property, then others should Authorize him/her to contest.

Now one Resident came, I have paid all money to Builder, to purchase Villa but finally I registered Villa totally on my Wife's Name. Now you are not allowing me to contest in Elections.

But if I get power of Autonomy on my Name, do you allow me to contest in Elections.

Can you please advice me as I am conducting these Elections. Whether to allow him or not. Can you also please suggest right approach for Eligibility Criteria in our case.

Thank You,
Reddeppa.

This is not a great problem, and those who are aware of the responsibility, never take up any positions in a Society, as everyone questions office bearer for even minor issues.  Get such approval from the Registrar of societies and permit him to contest.  If someone is willing to work for society, give him an opportunity and at the same time write to the Registrar of societies as a formality.
