Divorce under special marriage act

The question arises that why they want to dissolve their marriage.  On the baisi of that, a method can be suggested.

If both are intended to dissolve their marriage,  one year after their marriage, they can move for "mutual consent divorce".  Otherwise, on the ground of cruelty, desertion more than two years, adultery, unsoundness of mind etc. are the grounds, under which one can get divorce decree.
