Hello Sir,
I am the seller and I have taken RS. 5 Lack as a House Bayana. Now, Registry date is near mid of November. The Purchaser of the house are taking loan from DHFL and they are demanding 3 old registry of my house. Means original registry before my purchasing.
But I don't have any old registry. I only have my current registry which is already with the Bank as I have taken Loan against same house. So Below are my queries:
1. What will be happen if I can't provide old registries. Is there any Legal action agaisnt me. As I am ready for give my house current Registry and My House ownership.
2. I don't have money to give him back the Bayana amount as i have already deposited it in Bank and bank deduct my loan amount by using this Rs 5 Lack cheque.
3. Can I go to the Tehsildar at the time of Registry date and saying I am ready for registry but I don't have original registry Its in the Bank as loan amount is not cleared yet.
Kindly confirm about my concerns
