Hello everyone,
I belong to an agricultural family. I have a 3 brothers and 2 sisters. I had bought 7 acres of agricultural land after my father's death in my mother's name. However, one of my brother claims to have right over this property and has filed a case in the court saying, that the property was bought by the joint family income. However. our's is a nuclear family and there has not been any joint property savings. How could I prove the same in the court?
Please Help.
