Hello,
I am residing at rented property since my birth and my age in 30 years. The property was rented firstly by my Grandmother then it was transferred to my father’s name and after his death the property is now rented against my mother’s name.
Now I have mother and a married sister. My sister was married 8 years ego, but she has come back with her husband and children’s after 3 years of marriage. When she came back she said that she is searching for new home and will move away when I get married. But in past few years she and her husband manipulated my mother and convinced her in her favour. I have married on this January and asked them to move away as per her commitment earlier. Now she is denying to move another place and my mother is also supporting her. My mother also wants me and my wife to move away so that they can occupy the complete house, else she threat to handover the house to sister’s name.
Please help me to rescue my house from this.
