My father has file a case to disown me and my wife so they will be out of any legal problem but my wife lawyer has filled a WS that in the property i have given lot of money, they just want to drag the case as they are in planning to file a 498A case against all of my family member.
The Time my Father bought this property i was only 8 year old first and
second i am not physical presented on court date as i am not in India now. Is it possible if i'll send a notarised stampped paer under my signature with the note that i dont have right to ask even a single panny from my father from his property and then i am sure court will declare the order.
Please advice.
