as he has made GPA with me and had sold the property to some one else

Do not waste time go to good lawer revoc your GPA first and file suit then wait for 20 years for that suit to come on board and then again wait for the judges to get time to hear your side and take some logical decision. GOD Bless you

revoc gpa.give paper publication.then file suit for specific performance.
