Doubt regarding property of grand father

My Grandfather is has 2 sons and 4 daughters.

1 son (my father) and 3 daughters from 1st marriage.

1 son and 1 daughter from 2nd marriage.

My father died last year of cancer.

My grandfather is alive and healthy. He has some property in his name.

As my father is no more, it seems that my chacha can take advantage of this and transfer all the properties in his name. I have WILL of my grandfather in which it is mentioned that everything would be divided into 2 parts.

Can you please suggest me what can be done in this case?

Can grandchildren claim property from grandfather?

What role do the sisters(of my father) play in such case?

will can be changed by the person anytime if he is alive so frankly you cannot claim his property till he is alive .. maintain good relations with him and see if he agrees for partition before death so there is no issues between ull

Thanks for replying.

Will was made in presence of two guaranteers. Is there presence(signature) necessary to change the will?
