DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (POWER OF DEFENSE IS IMMENSE )     29 July 2010

So now you have better opportunity to demolish the case in cross.

It is easy to win in favour of accused very defficult for the complainant to win. But due to carelessness and not taking proper steps at right time and most important is cross examination. No proper prepration is done so cases are lost.

YOU CAN ANY I SAY ANY CASE OF NI 138 IN FAVOUR OF ACCUSED ., BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED AND AS A RULE COMPLAINANT AND HIS ADVOCATE MAKES MISTAKES IN OVER CONFIDENCE.
