Record conversations.  Get the true caller app installed in your mobile.  Block the calls.  Change SIM.   Finally, make a complaint to Cybercrime on such nuisance calls with such numbers, call conversation records, complain of nuisance, and harassment..

Submit a complaint to the cybercell of local polica station, lodge a complaint with your mobile server and forward a copy to TRAI.

Hello mam, greetings of the day.
As per your query, there are many options available for you to take actions. You can lodge a complaint in the nearest police station. You will provide them with the number you are getting unwanted call from, the police will investigate your complain under IT Act, IPC, TR Act. The police will contact the service provider from whose number you are getting the calls from, acquire the identification of the users and will file case against him. The service provider can also stop the services of those numbers under Telephone Regulatory Act. If the police refuse to register your FIR, you can reach out to the Superintendent of Police, Deputy Inspector General or the Inspector General Police with your complaint against the inspector. You can also send your complaint to them by registered post. Another option available for you is to complain at the nearest judicial magistrate who will order the police to register your FIR if it deemed necessary. You can also report it to the Federal Trade Commission at complaints.donotcall.gov or 1-888-382-1222. . The Telecom Authority of India (TRAI) has introduced Do Not Disturb (DND) service. You can register your mobile number on DND and as per the policy and after the required process all the unwanted calls would be stopped.
Hope this solves your query.

The phone calls with 12 to 13 digit numbers are generally the numbers from some fraudsters calling from countries like Kazakhstan or some of the African countries. Do not answer such calls.

Once you mark such numbers as spam and block them the subsequent calls of the same nature also will appear as spam  and the phone will ask you to block the number or not, you can block them immediately.

The fraudsters operate with around 10 to 12 different numbers with an intention to hack your details through your mobile, hence you may have to be very careful bout tem.

The cyber crime police may not be able to come to your rescue once you details especially the bank account details have been hacked and the money from your bank account has been drained out without your knowledge, hence do not respond to such calls
