Employer peeping in personal life of employee (wfh)

Team,

Employers are peeping in personal life of Employee while the employee is doing WORK FROM HOME (WFH).

Employer is installing Camera on systems and will capture pictures.

If I go through the below link:

https://www.foundingfuel.com/article/what-employers-dont-know-about-employee-monitoring/

“Companies are insisting that employees keep their web cameras on during duty hours…. The lead programmer for an IT company in Bengaluru and mother to a 10-month-old said she has to double-check that her web-camera is switched off every time she has to feed her infant.”

We all live in small houses and a middle class people.

We have family to feed so we have to work.

We deny to give consent to Employer but they threaten to move us to different LOB where the salary will decrease to 50% approx.

It is totally against the Right to Privacy as per Constitution Of India "Article 19 (1), Article 19 (1) (D) and Article 21" and IT Act 2000 Section 66E.

Note: We have already signed the consent in Bond as well as in our Appointment Letter in regards to Data Protection and It's Privacy.

If company is failing to protect the data it is not the employees fault at all as per Section 43A of IT Act 2000.

Hence, please suggest if we can also include some Section of IPC and Labor Law as well along with Plan of Action as to how we can stop them to do this.

Also, company is saving the Aadhaar Data as well.
