What is not pressed petition ?

If we want to withdraw a complaint/case, we will file not pressed petition. In which court, should we file such a petition and when it will be completed.

nothing but, not pressed means, if you filed any petition before the court,

you just mentioned orally to not pressed that petition, its means you could not further proceedings against the petition, so you endorsed over your petition, that is enough.
