i booked a flat in the year Jan-2017. Made 90% payment after that and got possesion.
Upto June-18, no gst deducted in my payment and after that deducted 5% gst by developer from me.
building is complete. Now i want to get flat registered. CC/OC not yet provided.
Kindly advice me :
1) whether gst was and is applicable to me. 2) should i go for registration.
