High courts and definition of cruelty

Amusing to read the recent verdict of Bombay high court in the case of a 62 year old man. The high court says that it is cruelty to blame husband for the wife's fault. It also says filing false cases also amounts to cruelty. Fine but read what the court directed in the end. The husband to continue-paying the maintenance and also he should not raise any dispute regarding the flat occupied by her. The husband may be living on the streets and may be begging also. The court did a favour to him by granting him divorce after 23 long years to be precise.

So this is what men are going to get in the name of justice. When you commit a ghastly crime you get a 7 year term . But when you marry and something goes wrong, albeit not your fault, you are sentenced to life.

i am wondering what use it is  going to be - getting help from these forum, taking the experts valuable time and efforts and arguing in the courts- finally to get some JUSTICE  like THIS!,!!!!!!!

If you ask advice from third party, you are nothing but a fool.

Law works only on basis of interpretation.  That makes is rather funny.
What is justice to you, might not be for someone else.

Who asked you to marry?  Did court ask you to marry?
Catch hold of that person who asked you to marry.
Then screw him or her properly.  You will find all answers.
