Deed of apartment

We have purchased the property by way of apartment deed and declaration deed ,now we are running hospital, it consists of ground and mezzanine plus 4 floor, recently when we applied for recording our name on 7/12, talathi has recorded the name of apartment over the 7/12 extract and not the name of hospital, which is apartment holder, can the name of hospital be recorded on the 7/12 extract ??
